It is agreed that the owners, coaches, instructors, supervisors, referees, or other employees of the Highland Edge Hockey Academy are released from any and all claims from damages that may arise from any accident or injury which are caused by, or arise from participation of the participant hereon during the Highland Edge Hockey Academy programs. Also, by accepting these terms and conditions you agree that any photo or video taken of your child/children can be used in way by Highland Edge Hockey Academy.
